Inside Sales Representative


The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales opportunities in targeted areas through research analytics.  Much of the work will be performed online, working independently.  This position reports to the Inside Sales Director.


  • Sourcing new sales opportunities for international, military and government channels
  • Domestic sales work as needed
  • Collaborate with Marketing for lead development via data mining
  • Identify, secure and maintain new and existing customer relationships
  • Primarily internet, phone and email focused work
  • Possible future opportunity for travel and trade show attendance


  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, international or government commerce preferred
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Experience with international commerce helpful
  • Outstanding computer skills, with emphasis on Microsoft Office products
  • Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work alone with minimal supervision
