The SMI J3242 is a robust tracked jaw crusher and is the largest crusher in the SMI range. It is designed for primary hard rock crushing at the
quarry face with a capacity of +400TPH. It features a large quick set-up hopper with standard bolt-in wear resistant liners, along with twin independent feeders with prescreen for maximum feed capacity and throughput.

The 12′-5″ (3.8m)discharge height maximizes stockpile capacity, along with a standard telescopic side dirt belt, helps reduce vehicle movements for lower operational costs, site health & safety and lower carbon emissions.

Direct drive crusher setup with large flywheel, ensures most efficient power delivery and high inertia, lower maintenance costs and simpler operation. Our simple design delivers on reliability and performance.
