Mechanical Assembler

We are looking for Mechanical Assemblers for 1st shift.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, mount and install component mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and structural parts on equipment
  • Operate various hand and pneumatic tools, as well as forklifts and overhead cranes
  • Follow all safety rules and lockout tagout procedures for tool and machine operation
  • Perform quality checks during process and coordinate with Engineering when problems arise
  • Keep tools and equipment properly maintained, identify areas of process improvement
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times

Requirements:

  • Able to operate or use a variety of hand, power and air tools
  • Able to read and understand basic blueprints and drawings
  • Willingness to work in manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, cold, humidity, dust, loud noise (hearing protection provided and required) and vibration. Work involves climbing ladders and working in cramped quarters at times
  • High School diploma or equivalent required


Parts Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Parts Sales Specialist for 1st shift.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with a high level of service in every aspect of the job
  • Assist customers by phone, fax or email to determine correct part to order
  • Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, including processing parts order and package for shipment to customer
  • Quote, and complete special order part request for the customer
  • Process sales payments or generate invoices to customers
  • Manage shipments by researching shipping costs and arranging shipping methods
  • Addressing and resolving customer’s issues, updating customers on back-ordered parts
  • Increase parts sales by calling customers to enhance relationship

Requirements:

  • Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office and email. QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
  • Adaptability to changing tasks and workflows
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of hydraulics a plus
  • Shipping experience a plus

Regional Machine Sales Manager, Construction Equipment

We are currently looking for Regional Machine Sales Managers for the following locations: South Central United States.

Job Description:

To establish and support exclusive wholesale distributors within the assigned multi-state region. You will oversee the initial start-ups, demonstrations and general troubleshooting of dealer’s machinery when needed. Responsible for training and motivating each distributor’s sales force and parts department, keeping them informed of the latest machinery updates, pricing and availability. Extensive traveling throughout the assigned multi-state region will be required. Visiting distributor locations and traveling with their sales and support staff to customer’s sites is an important part of the job. Participation in regional and national trade shows, as well as traveling to the Columbus, OH factory for training and customer accompaniment when needed.

Requirements:

  • 3 To 5 years previous sales experience with large equipment is required. Applicants must have been responsible for a multi-state region with a major construction equipment manufacturer such as: Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu, Metso, JCI/KPI, Terex, Volvo, Case, JCB, or Sandvik
  • Four-year college degree preferred in engineering or business
  • Great verbal and written skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel and Word
  • Good understanding of the different type of rock crushers, screening plants and their respective industries is important. Having previously established relationships with distributorships and customers is a big plus

Plasma Table Operator

We are looking for a Plasma Table Operator for 1st shift. This position entails programming the plasma table by entering instructions, moving steel onto and off the machine and prepping the parts for other departments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Select material and load burn table
  • Operate plasma table according to all safety procedures
  • Perform quality checks during production and coordinate with Engineering when problems arise
  • Clean, remove and prep all parts for other areas of production once program is complete

Requirements:

  • Able to perform repetitive heavy lifting of 50 lbs.
  • Must have basic computer and math skills
  • Able to read and understand basic blueprints and drawings
  • High School diploma or equivalent required

Brake Press/Machine Operator

We are looking for a Brake Press/Machine Operator for 1st shift.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate Brake Press according to create parts to specification of work orders and fabrication prints
  • Follow all safety rules for machine operation and proper guarding
  • Perform quality checks during production and coordinate with Engineering when problems arise
  • Prep and organize completed parts for other areas of production

Requirements:

  • Able to perform repetitive heavy lifting of 50 lbs.
  • Must have basic computer and math skills
  • Able to read and understand basic blueprints and drawings
  • Must have previous experience operating Brake PressBrake
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
